Xaverian Brothers High School Prepares to Celebrate Gala 2018

Westwood, MA – On March 17, 2018, Xaverian Brothers High School will host its signature gala event on the school???s campus at 800 Clapboardtree Street in Westwood. Gala 2018 kicks off with a fundraising goal of $520,000, to be used in support of the school???s mission via the Scholarship Fund. This is the largest fundraising event of the year at Xaverian and historically draws over 600 attendees, from alumni, to parents, to faculty and staff. Maria Stephanos (Foxboro), WCVB News Anchor and mother of Liam Stephanos, a senior, will once again lead the gala as the evening???s emcee.
Rick and Cathy Roche (Westwood), parents of Christopher Roche, a Xaverian graduate from the Class of 2011, will be honored at Gala 2018 with the Xaverian Medal. This is the highest honor bestowed by Xaverian Brothers High School.
Rick and Cathy have been tireless supporters of the school, serving on the Board of Trustees, volunteering in the Advancement Office, co-chairing past galas, and much more.
They have also been incredibly generous supporters of the school???s fundraising initiatives, all quietly done (often anonymously) without the desire for any public recognition.??

???Hands-on involvement and generous support from both current parents and alumni parents have been essential to our continued growth.
Though Rick and Cathy have avoided the limelight with humble anonymity, we look forward to shining the light on their faithful support of the Xaverian mission at Gala 2018.???

Sean ???82 and Janice Fahy, P ???15 (Milton): Sean is a 1982 alumnus of Xaverian Brothers High School and currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Sean and Janice???s son, Michael, graduated from Xaverian in 2015.
Paul ???83 and Robin Lyons, P ???14, ???17 (Walpole): Paul is a 1983 alumnus of Xaverian Brothers High School and currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Paul and Robin???s sons, Paul and Timothy, graduated in 2014 and 2017 (respectively).
Bill and Mary McNamara, P ???20 (Wellesley). Bill and Mary???s son, Patrick, is a sophomore at Xaverian.??
