Pawtucket???s 2018 City Calendars are now available at City Hall??

PAWTUCKET??? Mayor Donald R. Grebien announced that the official 2018 City Calendar is now available at Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, and various municipal sites throughout the City.
???The calendar is a valuable resource for our residents providing them with information on public meetings, recycling and waste schedules, recreational and community events and much more,??? said Mayor Grebien.
???I would like to congratulate Nathan Gomes, who???s photo ???Take Me Out to the Ballgame,??? is our featured cover. The beautiful sunset over a PawSox game takes me back to when I was a boy going to games with my family. We need to keep this tradition here in Pawtucket???.??
The calendar is also filled with other listings such as City services available to residents, contact information for City departments and Pawtucket???s elected officials, a recycling guide, street sweeping dates and details about Pawtucket Red Sox games.
The calendar also features the Official Guide to Experiencing Pawtucket that provides a listing of many of Pawtucket???s tourism, art and dining establishments.
The calendar, in large part, is possible due to the generous business sponsors in the community, who are featured within the calendar.
Winning contest photos, reflecting this year???s theme, ???Flavor of Pawtucket,??? are featured throughout.
These unique and colorful photos were selected by professional photographers from entries submitted to the 2017 photo contest, a participating event of the Pawtucket Arts Festival.
The 2018 City of Pawtucket calendar can be picked up at Pawtucket City Hall, the Pawtucket Library, the Leon A. Mathieu Senior Center, the Pawtucket Water Supply Board, the Department of Public Works, the Parks & Recreation office at Slater Memorial Park and the Blackstone Valley Visitor Center.
