The Attleboro Historic Preservation Society’s January 18th program entitled, “Watson-Newell: Then & Now” will be presented by Julie Hall, Attleboro Council-at-Large.
The program will focus on the Watson & Newell Co. of Attleboro, founded by Clarence Watson and Fred Newell in 1880, a major manufacturer of sterling silver flat-ware, souvenir spoons, vanity items and an integral part of Attleboro history.??
The program will begin at 6:45 PM at the Attleboro Area Industrial Museum, 42 Union Street, Attleboro.
