Pawtucket City Hall Experiencing Telephone Issues
Please be advised that the City of Pawtucket is currently experiencing issues with its telephone system. The issues are intermittent and specific to certain departments, such as Public Works and Parks & Recreation. If you are unable to reach an employee, please contact the operator via the main line 728-0500.
Residents are still able to report sewer, pothole, and traffic problems by calling the main line 728-0500 option 1. Residents can be assured that if they leave a message regarding a sewer, pothole, or traffic issue it will be returned right away.????
