Vermont Folk Duo Hungrytown in concert at the Weaver Library
Rebecca Hall and Ken Anderson, also known as the musical folk duo HungryTown, will perform a free concert at the Weaver Library on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 7:00pm.
HungryTown has been touring North America, Europe, and New Zealand for almost a decade and their most recent tour includes many New England venues. Originally inspired by a collection of folk music albums left to them by a friend, the pair decided to quit their day jobs and move to Vermont to pursue a career in music.
HungryTown has since released three albums, earning critical acclaim from New England to the United Kingdom. Hall and Anderson who have been married since 1994, offer a broad range of styles, bringing together bluegrass, classic country, soul, Celtic folk, old-time balladry and retro pop styles.
