This 6-week series for adults offers information and support on the experience of loss and guides participants beginning their journey toward healing.
Meetings are held once a week for 6 weeks and are facilitated by trained bereavement counselors.

Our Caregiver Support groups are designed to help individuals and families understand the challenges of living with illness and aging.
We help individuals become more effective and confident as caregivers and as self-caregivers. Groups are free and open to the community.
