??MoWC???s Cin?? Qu??bec to Pick Official Entry for 2017 R.I. International Film Festival
(WOONSOCKET, R.I.) ??? The Museum of Work & Culture welcomes the public to an upcoming event that will help curate the 2017 Flickers??? Rhode Island International Film Festival.
??Cin?? Qu??bec, an evening of Qu??becois films in celebration of the month of Francophonie, takes place Thursday, March 9, at the MoWC. The evening will begin at 6pm with a wine and cheese reception in the MoWC gallery. At 7pm, attendees will watch and vote on three new and exciting short films from Qu??bec currently under consideration by RIIFF. The film that wins the most votes will gain automatic competition entry to the festival. Cin?? Qu??bec will conclude with a screening of the feature-length film Les Mauvaises Herbes (pictured above).
