Dear Neighbor,
As Mayor, I am committed to making Providence the best-run city in America. That starts with getting back to basics, ensuring that all neighborhoods throughout the City have access to high-quality city services and that we can support business owners looking to make Providence their home.
Before we can make any changes, we need your input. We have launched a community satisfaction survey that is available in seven languages
and
asking the Providence community members to identify the services they use most, and which can use improvement.
We value your voice in shaping the City’s future and believe this survey is an essential first step to help us understand what services are the most used and focus on the areas that need improvement.
Together, we can build the best-run city by making City Hall a center of high-quality services, innovative solutions, and easily accessible resources.
