Pirates Announce
2022-2023 Season Schedule
September 26, 2022 (Providence, RI) – The Pirates have officially released their 2022-2023 Season Schedule. We are excited to start our second full season.
The Pirates will be tested early with a front-loaded schedule of playoff teams from last season in the first weeks of this new season.
To kick off the season opening night will be against Mass Wolves from Cape Cod, MA on November 5th, at 8:30pm.
In just one week later on November 12th, the Pirates will be up against multiple time Northeast Region champion: Garden State Warriors.
The Pirates will be challenged during their road trip to New York, playing a back-to-back.
On December 3rd, the Pirates will be up against last year’s ABA Northeast Region runner-up: the Binghamton Bulldogs.
On December 4th, they will be up against the team that knocked them out of the playoffs last season in a thriller, the Herkimer Originals.
On January 21st, the Pirates will face-off against newcomer to the ABA, 413 Elite in an away game at the Springfield Basketball Hall of Fame.
To close out the season the Pirates will face another new team to the ABA, 94 Elite from Quincy, MA, in an away game on March 4th.
With many new faces on the team and in the ABA this year, plus playing in the very competitive Northeast Region. This season is sure to be an exciting one!
American Basketball Association (ABA) finals will be held in Atlanta, GA – April 12-16, where all 8 region winners from all over the country will compete for a national title.
