Youth Programs Coordinator
YPC coordinates, facilitates, implements RICJ’s youth and school based programs focused on leadership in DEI-Diversity Equity, Inclusion, Belonging. :
Fulltime position w/benefits, OR open to hiring two part-time sharing the position.

Mentoring Programs Coordinator
MPC organizes recruitment and training of mentors, nurtures mentor/mentee connections, maintains data and helps build a new peer mentoring initiative.
Half-time, grant-funded position, no benefits but some flexibility in hours.

Youth Empowerment VISTA
VISTA supports youth recruitment and mentoring, raises funds, documents stories of success and builds networks and community.
AmeriCorps VISTA position, living stipend + benefits for service year (renewable).
