LIVE CONCERTS
Dear Friends,
After a silent spring of national pandemic, we have decided to take advantage of lower transmission rates, and by implementing a thorough list of safety precautions, we have been approved to offer three, one-hour live concerts, at the First Unitarian Church in Providence.
To make logistics simple, for this Fall Festival,
there will be no tickets, but bring a donation of $20-$30 in cash or check, or just send us a check for $100 to be a Sponsor and attend all 3 events.
Reservations required.

Note that 65 people can be admitted, out of a capacity of 850 seats (including the balcony), making social distancing rather easy. See a detailed list of safety procedures at the Tickets page on our website.
Sunday, Sept 13, 2020, 3:30 pm
We will begin our Fall Festival with a return of the
Providence Baroque Orchestra,
with two special soloists.
Christopher Lowrey is an international opera star living in London, but hails from Johnston, RI. He was active locally in Providence during his time at Brown with groups such as Eccelsia and Schola Cantorum. He recently appeared with the Boston Early Music Festival in Steffani’s Orlando in 2019.
Katherine Winterstein is the Associate Concertmaster with the RI Philharmonic, often performs with Aurea, and plays with the Handel and Haydn Society in Boston.
Two more Fall Festival Concerts* will follow soon:
Sunday, Sept 27, 2020, 3:30 pm
Music for Trumpet and Soprano
Sunday, Oct 4, 2020, 3:30 pm
Haydn Piano Trios
Now, more than ever, we value the joy that live performance brings, and in particular want to thank the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts for supplying CARES Acts funds to help make these concerts a possibility, and keeping our local musicians employed! Your own generous donations will help keep the music playing.
Thank you and see you at the concerts!
