Family Explorations: December: Wildlife Tracks and Signs

Holiday Hike

Audience: All Ages Welcome
Members: $7.00 per person
Nonmembers: $9.00 per person
Join us as we celebrate the holidays with a special hike through the different habitats found at the sanctuary. We will visit a pond, forest and field! Dinosaur Discovery: Ice Age Animals

Join us as we investigate the Ice Age. People often think that Woolly Mammoths, Woolly Rhinos, and other giant mammals were dinosaurs. Were they? Discover how these amazing animals were in a league all of their own. We will explore why these animals are important, go on a hike to explore the evidence of this ice age on our trails, and then make a craft to take home. Preregistration is required. First Day Hike
