HOPE & MAIN HOSTS A NIGHT OUT TO SUPPORT THE BIG DREAMS OF SMALL MAKERS
THE “SCHOOLYARD TWILIGHT PARTY” CELEBRATES A THRIVING LOCAL FOOD ECONOMY
WARREN, RI — Good food fans will unite under a starry sky at Hope & Main’s annual fundraiser on Saturday, September 7 at 6 pm. More than 30 of the food incubator’s current and graduate member companies will all host tented stations at the event along with a fully-stocked bar with everything from local beer and wine to kombucha and cold brew coffee.
Proceeds from the family-friendly event will support the nonprofit’s mission, providing comprehensive business incubation services and entrepreneurship-based education programs for local food and beverage companies.
“Our local food industry is thriving because small businesses are creating jobs and having a true impact on how and where food is sourced, distributed and consumed.
We have seen tremendous, positive change in just 5 years of operations at Hope & Main.”Says Lisa Raiola, Hope & Main President and Founder, “This event affords us the opportunity to celebrate real-life success stories and support the aspirations of hardworking makers of all means and all backgrounds. These are people that are investing not only in their own business, but also in our local food economy. We invite the whole community to celebrate with them.”
