WARREN, RI — Hope & Main, Rhode Island???s flagship food business incubator, will again host its exclusive ???one-stop-shop??? resource day for industry professionals to compliment its suite of professional and technical services for food start-ups.?? On Thursday, October 18 from 12-3pm food industry professionals can attend Hope & Main???s Food Resource Business Exchange event (or FReBE), an experience where food and beverage business owners, managers and chefs can access the resources and services they need to grow their businesses.

???There are a lot of different pieces that need to come together for a food business to be successful. Business owners are also busy people, and it???s important that an event like FReBE exists so they can get everything they need under one roof.??? says Ric Wild, Hope & Main???s Member Services Coordinator, ???Our FReBE event has all the right ingredients for food & beverage companies: networking, education, and access to vital resources and services.??? Attendees can expect a well-rounded lineup of consultants and industry experts, service providers, packaging and labeling services and much more — all able to cater to the ever-changing and often unique demands of small food and beverage business operations.
Small business advocate Pawtucket Credit Union has generously stepped up to sponsor the event, enabling Hope & Main to offer free admission and locally-sourced refreshments. A ???State of the Incubator and the Future of Food??? talk will be delivered by Lisa Raiola, President and?? Founder of Hope & Main. Space is limited for this talk and attendees are encouraged to register online in advance in order to secure a seat. More than two dozen vendors will be on site to provide an overview of their unique services that cater to food businesses and to connect with potential, new clients.
