Dear Pawtucket Residents,

The inaugural Rhode Island FC season at the brand-new Tidewater Stadium is just around the corner! As we welcome thousands of fans to our city, you’ll notice some new traffic patterns and parking options to ensure a smooth and enjoyable game day experience.
A comprehensive parking plan has been developed in collaboration with Rhode Island FC, providing over 3,600 parking spaces within a short walk to the stadium. This includes affordable prepaid lots, a free parking option, public transportation access, and designated rideshare drop-off points to make your visit as convenient as possible.
We encourage all fans to plan ahead by checking out the Rhode Island FC Parking & Transportation Page and prepaying for parking when possible.
As a reminder, Taft Street between Jenks Way and Spencer Street will be closed to vehicular traffic due to ongoing construction by the Narragansett Bay Commission.
A pedestrian walkway will remain open, and detour signs will guide drivers around the area. This extended closure will not impact any existing plans on event days as we begin the inaugural season of the RIFC at Tidewater Stadium.

This is an exciting time for our city, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we make way for a new era of sports and entertainment in Pawtucket! For all the details, including parking reservations and transportation options, visit the FAQ page here: https://www.rhodeislandfc.com/parking-faqs/
Let’s make this a season to remember—Go RIFC!
