Join us for a nurturing afternoon retreat at Skydog Farm, where we will explore how to cultivate sanctuary within ourselves and our surroundings. This in-person gathering will guide you in creating a personal retreat practice at home.
Through interactive practices, engaging conversation, and a heartfelt sharing circle, we will deepen our connection to self and community.
A tea ceremony will offer a moment of reflection and presence, allowing us to integrate what we’ve discovered throughout the afternoon.
You are invited to bring a journal, your favorite tea cup, a cozy blanket, a meditation cushion, or anything else that brings you comfort.
Most importantly, just bring yourself!
This retreat is offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis using the Green Bottle sliding scale model, ensuring accessibility for all who wish to attend.
