Join us in the Open Door Gallery for the opening reception of Patient, Patient with artist Camilla Jerome.
Beginning at 4:30 pm, light refreshments will be served with time to explore the exhibition. Starting at 5:30 pm, Camilla will give brief artist remarks about her ideas and process.
From 6 to 7 pm, she will lead a workshop on the cyanotype process used in her work. Capacity for the workshop is limited to 15 people and registration is required.

The Open Door Gallery at the Worcester Art Museum (ODG@WAM) is a gallery space for artists with disabilities, created in partnership with Open Door Arts, an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation.

Learn the stories and significance of iconic works by Vanessa Bell, Lucian Freud, Barkley L. Hendricks, Henri Matisse, Alice Neel, Pablo Picasso, and many more.

Join author Kathleen Rooney for a talk and Q&A on her book, Live Nude Girl: My Life as an Object, a lively meditation on the profession of art modeling as it has been practiced in history and as it is practiced today.
Rooney draws on her own experiences working as an artist’s model, as well as the famous, notorious, and mysterious artists and models through the ages. Look for connections to some of the themes explored by artists in Twentieth-Century Nudes from Tate.
