I am pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Pawtucket 2025 Cohort of the Emerging Leaders Development Program, a remarkable initiative designed to empower our city’s talented professionals with the tools, training, and confidence needed to advance their careers.
This 7-month, cohort-based program, offered in partnership with Rhode Island Black Business Association (RIBBA) and the University of Rhode Island’s Office of Strategic Initiatives, is specifically tailored for mid-level professionals residing in Pawtucket.
Through a focus on leadership best practices, strategic thinking, and communication—while emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion—this program provides participants with a clear blueprint to navigate and advocate for their career advancement.
Thanks to funding from the City of Pawtucket, participation in this program is free of charge for those selected.
