Butch has been painting in fits and starts since he was a child. He works with acrylic paints on canvas and wood board from his home studio in New Bedford, MA
His paintings have been displayed at Frying Pan Gallery in Wellfleet and Orleans, MA, The Drawing Room in New Bedford, MA and The Art Loft in Fairhaven, MA.”I paint every day even if it’s only for a few minutes. I found serenity at the easel and lose myself in the image. if I’m not painting or playing music, I’m usually thinking about the next piece or project.”
