RICJ seeks an energetic, culturally aware Assistant Director for Youth Programs to lead and manage RICJ’s youth initiatives, including our signature youth leadership camp, afterschool program, mentoring program, summer jobs program and more. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, you’ll become a key part of RICJ’s DEI training team. RICJ youth programs staff include a Youth Programs Coordinator, Youth Empowerment VISTA, interns, volunteers and student staff, all working together to empower and inspire Rhode Island’s next generation of leaders. This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits.
Rhode Island for Community & Justice is building a more inclusive, just state through our Youth Empowerment, Juvenile Justice and Diversity Education programs. Our nonprofit is growing and in 2024 our team will be five fulltime, three part time, and two VISTA staff.
