Sounds of Harmony Gong Meditation at the Meeting House

Join us Saturday June 24th from 3:30-5pm at the Tiverton Four Corners Art Center Meeting House to experience the subtle and expansive sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and assorted resonant instruments.
This sound experience is an opportunity to cultivate enhanced awareness and harmony as we move into deeper connection with ourselves and the greater whole.
To begin there will be a short very basic yoga practice to enhance ease in the body and then a guided relaxation to lead into the sound meditation.
Dress comfortably.
If you would like to lay on the floor, feel free to bring a cushioned mat, blankets and/or pillows whatever you may need to be comfortable and relaxed.
The Meeting House has wooden upright folding chairs but, if you prefer to sit on a chair, you might consider bringing your own for comfort.
