FOOD TRUCKS ADDED TO NORTH ATTLEBORO HISTORICAL FAIR

Food Trucks added to North Attleborough Historical Society Fair

North Attleborough Historical Society is pleased to announce its 2022 Christmas Fair at two locations, The Little Red Schoolhouse, 263 N Washington St. and First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 75 Park St.   Christmas through the Centuries Tour at its Woodcock Garrison House, and Tour of the First Baptist Church. 

 

Free off-site parking area has been arranged at Poly Met Parking lot, 282 Broad St, with continuous loop shuttle to all 3 locations during the Fair and tours on Saturday, November 19 1 to 6 pm, and Sunday, November 20 noon to 3 pm.  

 

The Stone Ridge Mac and Cheese Truck will be at the Little Red Schoolhouse both days, and the Burgundian Waffle Truck will be at the Baptist Church location on Sunday.

 

The Fair will feature raffles, decorated themed Christmas trees, live wreaths, knitted and baked goods, wine wheel almost antiques and more.  Several Historical Society member vendors will be at the Baptist Church location, featuring collectables and vintage goods. 

 

The Garrison House tour begins in the 1600’s keeping room with a harvest theme and turkey roasting.  In the 1600’s Christmas was banned in the colonies!

 

Notice the 1700’s changes in the parlor.  Second Floor sitting room will have 1800’s decor and a visit from Father Christmas on Saturday 3 to 5pm. toys of yesteryear will be featured on the third floor, and the tour finishes in the mid 1900’s kitchen, sure to bring memories of days gone by. 

 

Tour the iconic New England Baptist Church with a congregation dating back to 1745, its the Uncommon Church on the Common.

 

All are asked to help fill the sleigh with non-perishables for Lenore’s Pantry.
