About Narragansett Beer:

In May 2021 the company finally saw its return to Rhode Island with a location in Providence.

In 1890, six German immigrants came together to construct a building to found Narragansett Beer. In less than a decade they were New England’s largest brewery and New England’s best-selling beer.

After falling on hard times Narragansett Beer was bought by, lifelong Rhode Islander, Mark Hellendrung. This purchase made Narragansett Beer an independently owned company once again.
