Come Along for a maritime voyage and a captivating history lesson!
BRISTOL, R.I. – Join us for a fun night of food, live music, and sea shanties! On Friday, August 5 at 6pm the night will begin with live music from local bluegrass band, Four Bridges.
Hailing from nearby Massachusetts, Four Bridges is a hard driving, harmony singing acoustical foursome. They perform original music in addition to the styles of Americana, country and folk with influences ranging from rock n’ roll and blues to ragtime.
While you listen to the song stylings of Four Bridges, enjoy brat/hot dogs with all the fixings from CP Catering in Bristol R.I.
David Coffin is an American folk singer based in Gloucester, Massachusetts specializing in early music and sea-shanties, ballads and the other songs of sailors.
He is the song leader for the Revels music programs in Cambridge. Join us as he teaches us the work songs that helped sailors haul and heave together to get their jobs done.
