Teacher Appreciation Week!
May 2-6 is Teacher Appreciation Week, and this year more than ever, Rhode Island is grateful for its outstanding educators. Our teachers go above and beyond in their duties to ensure every child in Rhode Island has everything they need to learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves.
We can’t thank them enough, and I know I’m not alone in saying that — so many current and former students share that admiration for their tireless work and endless dedication.
Really, a week is too short to contain all the gratitude we have for our teachers, but it’s a start. Take time this week to thank a teacher for everything they do for your community, your family, and you.
And to the teachers reading this: make sure you have what you need! Take some time to breathe and celebrate this week, and if there is anything at all we can do for you at RIDE, don’t hesitate to ask.
