Mark Your Calendar! Our next TV Production Class will be on Saturday, March 26, 2022. The class is held at the WCCA TV facility, in downtown Worcester, and will provide useful information about all components involved in TV production. The class will cover how to use our production equipment, cameras, lights, Adobe Premiere editing software, and studios. A certificate will be provided upon completion. The class is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. To reserve your seat, call 508-755-1880, ext. 114, or stop by our facility at 415 Main St. in Worcester. WCCA TV Special Presentations
WCCA TV’s Executive Director, Mauro DePasquale, welcomes Felicio Lana, Owner of the Woo Mall (formerly known as Midtown Mall). Also joining them are Mike Burnes, Co-Owner of Worcester Common Fitness, and Anderson Winck, Owner of Alma Gaucha Prime Brazilian Steakhouse and the mall’s rooftop restaurant, The Clock.
Felicio will give the viewers an update on the mall, expected completion date, and the type of businesses they are hosting there. Mike and Anderson will talk about their backgrounds and experience in their respective industries. They will also explain why they’ve decided to move their businesses into the Woo Mall.
WCCA TV intern, Jake Kurtz, interviews Jeff Kinney of Ascentria Care Alliance about their home for teen moms and their children, their large nursing home in Worcester, their unaccompanied refugee minor program, and more.
WCCA TV intern, David White, interviews Meg Coffin, CEO of the Center for Living & Working, a non-profit independent living center that empowers people with disabilities to take active roles in their lives and the community in which they live. Center for Living & Working is driven by the belief that people with disabilities must always be equal members of society, with equal access. Their services are available to anyone with a disability.

WCCA TV Program Notes
Tune in to all new episodes of Soapboxin March for some informative, fun and meaningful interviews with an emphasis on the Worcester community. Host and WCCA TV’s Executive Director, Mauro DePasquale, interviews Megan Ross, PhD, Professor of Music at College of the Holy Cross. She is also the Executive Director for the Worcester chapter of the Hip Hop Congress, a national nonprofit that works to bring social change through hip-hop education.
Ross founded the Worcester chapter of Hip Hop Congress in an effort to bring positive social change to the streets of Worcester through music. Worcester Magazine named Megan Ross a 2021 Hometown Hero. In another episode, Mauro interviews Damaris Dominguez, Good Neighbor Energy Fund (GNEF) Committee Member and Lead Customer Advocate for National Grid. Mauro also welcomes to the show Adael Mejia, Worcester’s new Youth Poet Laureate, as well as Dr. Joseph Sabato of UMass Emergency Medicine to talk about CPR & Defibrillators and to educate viewers on how to save lives.

Bill welcomes back to the show Wayne Tuiskula, the auctioneer and appraiser of Central Mass Auctions, Inc. of Boston and Worcester. He has over 20 years of experience in the antiques industry, and regularly runs antique estate auctions that feature a wide variety of antiques and collectibles gathered from local estates. Wayne brought with him some old postcards, vintage jewelry, and an autographed old photo of Laurel and Hardy. You don’t want to miss this episode!

On this week’s episode, Augustine pays respects to a recently departed friend of his and a fellow refugee from Sierra Leone, Reginald Boston-Clark.
All Things Orthodoxis a WCCA TV program that focuses on Orthodox Christianity. Host Father Christopher Stamas, from the St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, welcomes Father Milad Selim of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church of Worcester.
They discuss the lives of the Orthodox Clergy, and how they differ from their Catholic and Protestant counterparts. They both share personal challenges of balancing their family life with their holy work, but also the rewards of having another perspective on life alongside the Clergy.

Senior Speak is a WCCA TV program for seniors and by seniors, hosted by community activist Edith Morgan. In this episode, Edith talks about recent local happenings. She looks forward to Spring and all the activities that come with the warmer weather. Senior Speak airs on WCCA TV, Cable Channel 194 in Worcester, on Tuesdays at 12:30 PM and Wednesdays at 12 PM.
