Dear TYT friends and families:
The calendar might say it’s only the end of February, but spring is right around the corner. We have been busy planning some special events for March and April, and we’re excited to share our Summer 2022 production plans with you!
This summer we’re excited to produce two musicals that have JUST been released for amateur production. Our July “camp” session will feature students currently in 3rd – 8th grade performing Disney’s “Newsies, JR.”, and our high school actors will learn about the daily grind in an office with an adaptation of Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5 – The Musical.”
Registration for these productions will open on March 1st on our website.
As of writing, we are planning LIVE and in-person productions this summer… complete with adoring fans watching in the seats! Information about potential health and safety requirements will be posted to our website over the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience while we navigate the changing guidelines and recommendations from public health officials.
Summer 2020 Details & Registration
Those of you who have been around TYT for any span of time know that we meet challenges head-on, and these past two years have certainly been challenging. However, I want to assure you that we have real plans for our future success, and we are not going to be stuck in “this” forever.
I hope you’ll join me, Mr. Eric, Patrick, Jessica, and the rest of our incredible staff and volunteers for a safe, fun, and exciting summer of making theatre.
