Key performance indicators (KPIs) refer to a set of quantifiable measurements used to gauge a company’s overall long-term performance. KPIs specifically help determine a company’s strategic, financial, and operational achievements, especially compared to those of other businesses within the same sector.
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound. This is a useful touchstone whenever you’re considering whether a metric should be a key performance indicator.

Expert panelists include Dennis Riley and Jim Henderson. Riley is a Trusted Business Growth Advisor of more than two decades and founder of Goals to Results based in Falmouth, MA. Henderson is a licensed and practicing CPA with over 30 years of experience and a founding partner of Henderson, Grealis and Associates, PC, CPA based in Braintree, MA. PR Works’ Steve Dubin of PR Works will moderate the discussion. The panel will offer specific advice, tips and examples of how to understand and capitalize on your KPIs.
