The Four Corners Arts Center is pleased to be hosting its Annual “CALL TO MAKERS” for the 8th Annual “re Tree” – A Showcase of Trees Created with Recycled Materials to be held on December 3th – December 17th.
The showcase of re-Trees will be dispersed throughout the grounds of the Tiverton Four Corners Village and will open on Bright Night, December 3rd
Best of Show will be judged and awarded a cash prize of $150.00 on Bright Night. The Popular vote will determine a winning re-Tree on December 17th which will receive a prize package of items donated by Four Corners businesses as well as a Kids & Family category winner with a prize provided by our sponsor, Longplex Family Sports Center.

Registration for this exhibition begins on October 21th and runs thru November 12th.
This “Call to Makers” goes out to families, individuals, community businesses, artists and arts enthusiasts of all ages! All trees will be labeled with a 4×6 plaque stating the name(s) of creator(s) or businesses. Last year’s Best in Show re-Tree was created by the Carmen Grinkis and is featured in this year’s poster.
Basic requirements for trees are:
– Must be composed of 90% recycled, reclaimed or repurposed materials
– Must be lit (electrical outlets are available)
– Must be outdoor friendly and secure when standing.
-Trees should be no smaller than 5 feet and no taller than 9 feet.
– Must be installed by Bright Night on December 3rd for the initial judging and must be maintained until December 17th to be considered for the popular vote.
