LTE: SONIA CHANG-DIAZ

Neighbors And Friends

Since we launched our campaign for Governor back in June, hitting the campaign trail to meet the people of Massachusetts is always the highlight of my day (and week, and month!). So I wanted to take a minute to sit down and share some of my favorite recent moments from the trail.

In Boston, I was proud to endorse my friend Michelle Wu for mayor. She shows time and time again that she has the vision and the grit to take on the big fights for our city.

At the Massachusetts Democratic Convention, I spoke to fired up Democrats across the Commonwealth. We can tackle the toughest challenges we face, take back the Governor’s office, and deliver the change working families need. We’ve won transformational change, even when Governor Baker said it was impossible. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and build the Massachusetts we all want our kids to grow up in.

And we had many gatherings of neighbors — new supporters, old supporters — on Zoom calls and in backyards across the Commonwealth. There’s nothing like gathering as a community and seeing the power we have together to build a winning, grassroots campaign.

I’m in this for the long haul — to win real change with you. I know we can build the coalitions to meet this moment with bold solutions and urgency. We can stand up unapologetically for our values:  fairness, dignity, community. It all starts with us joining together and organizing.

Chip in $5 to our campaign right now if you’re ready for a Governor that will fight for all of us

Thank you for building this movement with me.

Saludos,

Sonia
