Sounds of Harmony will be visiting Four Corners Arts Center on October 16 at 3:00 PM for an Outdoor Gong Meditation.
Sounds of Harmony Gong Meditation program will facilitate inspiration, relaxation and rejuvenation.
The sound vibrations of gongs, bells, crystal bowls and assorted resonant instruments will wash around and through you to enhance a meditative state.
This event will include an introduction to attunement through breath and body awareness, a dynamic sound celebration, and a finish with grounding techniques and gentle movement to help integrate your experience.
This event will take place outdoors. Please bring a chair or blanket to lie on and wear comfortable/warm clothes.
Gong players Kevin and Sarah Bell have been offering sound meditations since 2017 and have studied with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. Sarah has taught yoga since 1990.
The cost is $20 The Meeting House grounds are located at 3850Main Road, Tiverton, RI
