The City of Attleboro will hold its 15th Annual River Clean-Up on Saturday, September 25th, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The clean-up is held rain or shine.
Volunteers from Attleboro and surrounding towns are needed for a fun morning of river clean-up and trash collecting along the Ten Mile River banks and walking trails.
Sign-up will be at the tent located at the Community Garden on Riverbank Road, Attleboro. The GPS address is 37 Hayward Street, Attleboro. Families and children are welcome to collect trash along the river walkways.
Free refreshments will be supplied by Dunkin’. Some clean-up supplies will be provided although anyone wanting to be a “River Rat” should bring their own waders or wetsuit.
