FREE OUTDOOR MOVIE RESCHEDULED AT SLATER PARK
The City of Pawtucket’s Parks and Recreation Division has rescheduled it’s free outdoor movie showing of Pixar’s Toy Story 4 to Saturday, August 21 at 7:45 pm. in commemoration of the Slater Park Looff Carousel’s 125th Jubilee event that was disrupted in July as a result of inclement weather. The movie will be shown at the Daggett Farm stage area within Slater Memorial Park in Pawtucket. The rain date will be Sunday, August 22nd.
In addition to concessions located on premise, limited edition Looff Carousel birthday merchandise will be sold at this time. Cash payment will be accepted for these items only. Patrons are asked to bring chairs and blankets to view this showing under the stars.
This event is being brought to Slater Memorial Park through the generosity of Hasbro.
