BURGERS IN BURRILLVILLE
Who does not like a juicy burger with fries every once in a while?! Here are some ideas if you have got that hankering…
Restaurants located in and around Burrillville such as Cow’s Tail Deli and Creamery, Johnny’s Victory Diner and Serio’s Pizzarama; but also includes Hill’s Tavern in Chepachet and Quik Stop Deli in Slatersville are must-try-stops.
They offer a variety of burger choices that all sound delicious like the “Smokehouse Burger” at Hill’s Tavern that includes swiss cheese, onion rings and drizzled with barbecue sauce or the “Miss Piggy” at Johnny’s Victory Diner that has pulled pork and coleslaw on the burger plus Johnny’s house-made honey sriracha glaze.
We decided to try Cow’s Tail Deli for their Cow’s Tail Cheeseburger, an Angus burger (cooked medium) with mozzarella cheese, freshly shaved parma prosciutto (shaved as we watched!), roasted red peppers, and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic vinegar served on a freshly baked kaiser roll (baked locally).
We had this with hand-cut Idaho French fries and yum… it was so good! They did not skimp on portions at all which we liked, and there was even enough left over for next day’s lunch.
Head to Burrillville anytime as they serve deliciousness year-round.
