Community VNA Earns FIVE-STAR Patient Survey Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service
Attleboro, MA – Community VNA is one of only 34 home health agencies in Massachusetts (out of 257) to receive a Five-Star Patient Survey Rating, and one of 32 in the state with a rating of 4 stars or higher in Quality of Patient Care Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in a recent release of data.
The CMS released its Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAPS) Survey Star Ratings in October, reporting on measures from home health agencies throughout the country. This program measures the experiences of patients receiving home health care from Medicare-certified home health agencies. Star ratings range from one to five, with the majority falling in the three- and four-star range.
“We are very proud of our home care team and the exceptional services they provide. This recognition is particularly meaningful to us as it reflects increased satisfaction of our clients and their caregivers in the services they receive. The outstanding care, compassion and dedication of our staff are exceptional, as evidenced by the stars they’ve earned,” said Community VNA Chief Executive Officer, Reynold Spadoni.
