ATTLEBORO PUBLIC LIBRARY

A Message From Our Library Director, Chris Johnson

CHRIS

As we all navigate through these uncertain times of COVID-19 social distancing to help flatten the curve and reduce the stress on our health care system and first responders, know that your Attleboro Public Library is here to help support you and your family in your reading, information and entertainment needs.

Our talented library staff are currently working remotely and are creating some helpful online tools and programs as described in more detail in this e-newsletter created by Amy Rhilinger, our amazing Assistant Director.

AMY

I hope that you will consider participating in our free virtual programs including my own Great Decisions Discussion program that will be offered via Zoom starting on April 9. Sign up online to receive your Zoom invite and be sure to watch the FPA’s YouTube topic video prior to our weekly online discussions.

We are so looking forward to re-opening the library and seeing all of you at the APL once Governor Baker’s recommendations allow us to do so. Please know that we are thinking of you all and wish you and your families good health, peace of mind and joyous holidays, for those who are observing this month.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions and concerns at cjohnson@sailsinc.org. And, please stay home, stay strong, and together, we can get through this.
