To Our Artist Community
In light of the recent health crisis associated with the coronavirus (COVID19), we are monitoring the impact and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control as well as the State of Rhode Island Department of Health on a daily basis and taking measured steps based on these recommendations to keep our community safe and well.
Taking into consideration the most recent press releases from the DOH, we will be closed for all community programming through 4/3/2020.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time. We are committed to continuing to provide a safe, healthy environment for our staff and visitors. Wishing you all a safe and healthy spring.
With regards,
Shannon Casey

Classes, Camps and Open Studio
April Vacation Camps will be canceled, Artists’ Exchange will contact individual parents with refund or transfer options.
All classes and open studios have been cancelled through 4/3/2020. We will update our status for the following weeks based on guidelines as they are released from the governors office. We will be extending our winter session and will hold make up classes for the missed classes at the end of the session. This will also adjust the dates for our spring session scheduled to start April 20th which we now anticipate will now begin May 4th. Unfortunately due to a scheduling conflict, missed classes for Art Adventures and Art Bots cannot be made up. If you wish to withdraw from a class or transfer your registration to another class in the future, please contact us via phone or email.
Any classes missed due to illness or quarantine can be refunded or transferred to our spring session, now scheduled to begin May 4th.
We ask that you postpone in-person visits until after April 6, 2020. All summer camp registrations can and should be completed online or via the phone. We also ask that you wait to bring in Discount Donation items as they are not required to complete the registration process.
