WHAT: Festival Ballet Providence’s (FBP) Chatterbox Theatre presents The Three Little Pigs, a ballet that combines different dance styles, colorful costumes, and a custom-made set, creating a storybook world of this time-honored tale. The show is an exciting blend of movement and wit, as one little pig outsmarts the wolf with the help of her barnyard friends, brick by brick. Great for the whole family, Complete with straw, sticks, bricks, pigs, sheep, poultry, and a family of wolves, FBP’s The Three Little Pigs is the energetic story you know and love, plus so much more!
WHEN: Two consecutive weekends, March 14-15 and March 21-22, 2020
WHERE: Festival Ballet Providence’s Chatterbox Theatre, 825 Hope Street on Providence’s East Side.
HOW: Choreographed by former FBP Company member, Louisa Mejeur, this is one of several works she has created that have been performed across the country. The Three Little Pigs completely sold out last season, with some audience members even returning to see alternate casts of company dancers perform different roles in the ballet.
