WOMR Offers Wellfleet Oysters in Silent Auction
Community radio station has unique party idea
Provincetown, MA, – A new silent auction available at womr.org gives the winner a full raw bar party, the community radio station announced today.
A lucky winner will be able to impress their friends and neighbors with a special Cape Cod party that includes a full-service raw bar. Brad Kaplan and Iona Sea Farms have generously donated their product and their services to benefit WOMR.
Kaplan will bring the seafood, an ice boat, all the sauce—and will even stay to shuck the shellfish. It’s a great way to start the summer while supporting Cape Cod’s only community radio station.
“How much fun will this be?” asks John Braden, WOMR executive director. “This is the quintessential Cape Cod party, and some lucky bidder will be able to throw the best get-together of the summer!”
Bids can be placed online at womr.org or by calling the station’s office at 508.487.2619 Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm; the auction closes at 4 pm on Friday, May 31st.
