Quonset Welcomes Taylor Farms, 250 New Jobs
Taylor Farms is a leading producer throughout the U.S. of healthy fresh foods, including prepared salads, and fresh vegetable snacks. The company recently purchased a 107,000-sq-ft, prepared foods facility at Quonset Business Park, with operations expected to begin in late spring of 2019.
This addition to the Park is expected to bring over 250 new jobs to Rhode Island, with the potential for further job creation.
“I’m thrilled that Taylor Farms is bringing 250 new jobs to Quonset,” said Governor Gina M. Raimondo. “Quonset Business Park is home to over 200 businesses, nearly 12,000 employees, and Taylor Farms will certainly be a welcome addition. I look forward to seeing them grow in the years ahead.”

Taylor Farms was established in 1995 with the goal of becoming North America’s “favorite maker of salads and healthy fresh foods.” The business will produce a wide variety of ready-to-eat fresh food products at their new Quonset facility.
