Join RIHPHC and partners at the Preservation, Recreation and Sport Conference to explore historic buildings and landscapes designed for play.
The event kicks off with Keynote Speaker Brent Leggs ( National Trust for Historic Preservation ) on “Preserving the Power of Place: A Stewardship Vision for Sites of Sports History and Activism.”
It continues with 12 tours (filling up fast!) of historic sports venues and East Providence neighborhoods, 12 preservation workshops, and opportunities to network and socialize. Learning units are available for planners and architects.
