???The University of Rhode Island JAZZ BIG BAND??? to perform at the Weaver Library??
The URI Jazz Big Band will perform on the Weaver Library lawn on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 6:30pm. ??
Directed by Joseph Parillo,??the URI Jazz Big Band has been a local feature at the Newport Jazz Festival since 2012.
The band has also performed at Lincoln Center, taken first place at the MIT New England Intercollegiate Jazz Festival, and performed at many concerts and events in RI and throughout New England.??
Weaver Library is thrilled to host one of our state’s finest student bands.
No time for dinner? ??The popular food truck Rocket Fine Street Food returns and will be serving their delicious burgers from from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.??
