Free Community Paper-Shredding Event at the Weaver Library!
The East Providence Public Library and the City of East Providence???s Department of Public Works are pleased to work together again to offer a free paper-shredding event on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 9:00am to noon in celebration of Rhode Island Library Day.
Come to the library to shred unwanted documents and have a coffee and donut on us!
East Providence residents may bring up to two file boxes or two paper market type bags of sensitive documents to shred.??
There is no need to remove paper clips or staples and residents may wait for their papers (no magazines or newspapers) to be shredded.?? ??
Please note that this event is open to East Providence residents only and capacity is limited, thus, no businesses.
The shredding truck will be in the side parking lot of the library and the event will close when the truck is full.
This free community paper-shredding event has been made possible by a matching funds grant received by the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation. ??
