CO-OP Announces Changes in Management Team

North Dighton ???Joyce Faria, President & Chief Executive Officer of Cooperative Production, Inc. (???CO-OP???), a Taunton-area non-profit agency supporting adults with intellectual and other disabilities, recently announced changes within CO-OP???s senior management team.??

Gail Gordon has been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer overseeing day-to-day operations in all programs and services as well as development and oversight of operational systems.

??

Lucy DeOliveira is now Director of Program Administration and Quality, a newly created position, that will assume global responsibility for quality across day and residential services assuring CO-OP???s commitment to continuous improvement.

??

Erin Morley assumes the role of Director of Residential Services after serving as Assistant Director of CO-OP Residential Services for the past 6 years.

??

According to Ms. Faria, ???Our management team is comprised of talented individuals committed to CO-OP???s mission. These changes will strongly position us for both the present and the future, and we look forward to CO-OP???s continued success.???
