??Multiple Sclerosis Hike
Several boys from Attleboro???s Boy Scout Troop 25 completed their 20 mile hike while supporting the Multiple Sclerosis society.??
They were able to complete their hiking merit badge while joining hundreds of others who were walking 50 miles over 3 days in the MS Challenge Walk on Cape Cod.
After a long day of walking, they also volunteered the next day to help with packing, cleaning up and various other jobs. ??
One of their leaders and also a scout???s family member have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), which is an unpredictable, often disabling disrase of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and the body. ??
Every September, Cape Cod welcomes those who come together to walk, 3 days, 50 miles, closer to a cure.
