University Medicine Establishes Preferred Provider Relationship with Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth and Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Rhode Island

Patients benefit from continuum of high-quality home health, palliative and hospice services

Providence, RI ??? University Medicine announced that they have signed a partnership agreement with Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth and Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Rhode Island, designating the two agencies as University Medicine???s preferred providers for home care, palliative and hospice services.

Under the agreement, University Medicine physicians will utilize the services of the two organizations for their patients in need of home care, palliative and hospice services. This agreement ensures that University Medicine patients will have access to consistent, high-quality care, 24 hours a day, whenever and wherever they need it.
