FALL FESTIVAL
South Attleboro ??? The Hill-Roberts PTO held a grand fall festival on Saturday at the school. Hundreds of parents, grandparents and costumed students enjoyed the events. Volunteers and vendors made the lively, enjoyable activities a splendid success.
There were three bouncy sites.
There was a gaggle of food trucks.
Thanks to Home Depot hundreds of children built hundreds of bird houses to take home.
Stop and Shop gave out cookies and cider and signed up parents for their A+ Program that supports area schools.
Mistress Betty Fuller welcomed over two-hundred parents and children to The Little Red School House. The restored one room, one hundred and seventy years old school is on the Hill-Roberts Campus.
Our favorite costume was worn by a toddler perambulating through the crowd. The skunk was welcome at the picnic.
Thirty families aligned their cars, opened their trunks and passed out treats to the trick or treat costumed children.
A memorable family day.
