Behind the Scenes at America???s Test Kitchen at the Weaver Library
Weaver Library is delighted to announce that Dan Zuccarello, Executive Food Editor at America???s Test Kitchen, will present Behind the Scenes at America???s Test Kitchen on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 7pm.
America???s Test Kitchen, a real, working test kitchen, is located just outside of Boston. It is the home of Cook???s Illustrated magazine, Cook???s Country magazine, and hundreds of cookbooks. The test kitchen is the Monday-to-Friday destination of more than four dozen test cooks, editors, food scientists, tasters, and cookware specialists. Their mission is to test recipes over and over again to develop the absolute “best” recipes for all your favorite foods. Dan, who makes his home in East Providence, will give a behind-the-scenes virtual tour of the test kitchen. ??He will discuss how America’s Test Kitchen selects and develops recipes for its famous cookbooks, magazines, and television and radio programs.??
