The Chorus of Westerly presents The Dartmouth Aires??
The Dartmouth Aires, one of the nation???s premiere performing ensembles, take the stage at The Chorus of Westerly???s George Kent Performance Hall on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 7pm for an evening of a cappella delight. The Dartmouth Aires will perform a selection from their vast repertoire of classic hits and contemporary favorites as a part of The Chorus of Westerly???s Collegiate Series.

??Dartmouth College???s oldest a cappella group has been performing since 1946. The lively ensemble has amazed audiences across the country and the world with their live performances showcasing the group???s sketch comedy, complex arrangements, and passion for music. The Aires exceptional talent has propelled them to record six albums since 2002, and receive national acclaim as the runners-up on the third season of NBC???s hit show The Sing Off. Their current repertoire consists of popular songs from the 80???s and 90???s, traditional Dartmouth tunes, and some original pieces featuring instrument-like background vocals. Their fun-loving unique style is guaranteed to please all ages.
??The Aires made their Chorus of Westerly debut in 2012, to a sold-out crowd and rave reviews, as part of the newly established Collegiate Series. The Chorus of Westerly???s Collegiate Series aims to provide diverse music and cultural experiences to a broad audience cross southern New England. Over the years the Collegiate Series has featured popular groups such as the Whiffenpoofs of Yale, the Harvard Glee Club and Rockapella.
